You need JavaScript enabled to view it ).  The variety of shapes and textures in this mix provides interest and activity for your cockatiel.  However, this mix does not include sunflower, which is commonly found in cockatiel mixes.  Sunflower has a high fat content and therefore is not always appropriate in a mix, especially if you have a mature cockatiel who has a low activity level.
