We are looking for an office assistant for our friendly and busy office. This is a temporary 6 month - 12 month position to backfill a maternity leave. Role begins September 6th 2010.
Responsibilities include answering phones, following up on customer questions, entering orders
into our computer system, entering customer payments. Some label making, photocopying, file cleanup, office organization work also required. Preference given to persons looking for full time work Monday through Friday 8 hours per day, however, job could be structured for 3 - 4 days a week to accomodate the right person if necessary.
